Health and fertility benefits of Green Energy
Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility. Spirulina is a protein rich food, which is high in omega-3 fatty acids and high in iron. Spirulina is also high in B vitamins, including folic acid. Spirulina is high in calcium, and thought to have more than 20 times the amount of calcium that is in milk.
Ingredients
1 pear, halved
1/4 cucumber, roughly chopped
1 1/2 cups young spinach
4 sprigs of fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/2 avocado, pitted and flesh scooped from the skin
1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
chilled water, to taste
1 brazil nut, coarsely chopped
Instructions
