Ingredients
3 pounds chicken wings
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Alabama White Sauce,
Buttery Nashville Hot Sauce, or
Vietnamese Peanut Sauce
Instructions
