This power smoothie takes life-giving ingredients like soy milk, almond butter and banana and transforms them into a nutritious drink.
Ingredients
1/2 cup soy milk
1 banana
2 cups strawberries, frozen
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 packet artificial sweetner, to taste
ice
Instructions
In a blender, add the almond milk, banana, frozen strawberries, ice and almond butter.
Blend until smooth, then add artifiical sweetner to sweeten to taste. Serve in a chilled glass with a straw.
