Lunch: Seasoned Garlic Gravy Recipe
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in flour, poultry seasoning and pepper until smooth; gradually whisk in broth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
