Lunch: Crowd-Pleasing Party Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 pounds ground beef
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place in three greased 13x9-in. baking dishes.
Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered, at 325 ° for 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink.
