Ingredients
2 teaspoons sugar
3 blackberries, plus 1 for garnish
3 raspberries
2 ounces Irish whiskey
1 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce blood orange bitters
Ice, for chilling and serving
2 ounces ginger beer
1 lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions
Combine the sugar and berries in a cocktail shaker and muddle together. Add the whiskey, lemon juice and bitters and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice along with the ginger beer. Garnish with a blackberry and the lemon twist.
