Lunch: Easy Crescent Muffuletta

Make a quick and easy version of this New Orleans classic sandwich layered with salami, roasted red peppers and provolone, wrapped in a flaky Crescent crust.

Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated Crescent Dough Sheet
4 oz thinly sliced ham
3 oz thinly sliced salami
1/3 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers, well drained, optional
4 slices (1 oz each) provolone cheese

Instructions

Unroll dough and press into 13x9-inch rectangle on ungreased cookie sheet; (if using crescent rolls, press perforations to seal).
Layer ham, salami, roasted peppers and cheese down center of rectangle. Fold short and long sides of dough over filling; pinch edges to seal. Place seam side down on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 °F 14 to 18 minutes.
