Researchers believe that cranberries contain substances that prevent infection-causing bacteria from sticking to the urinary tract walls. However, store-bought cranberry juice is typically all sugar - so make sure to stick with straight cranberries.

Ingredients

6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/3 cup chopped dried cranberries

Instructions

Place chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl; microwave at HIGH 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds. Spread chocolate in a foil-lined 9-inch square metal baking pan; sprinkle with almonds and cranberries. Chill 1 hour or until chocolate is set.
Remove foil from chocolate; break into pieces. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
