Dinner: Meatloaf
Mom's easy meatloaf with ground beef, eggs, bread, seasoning and milk.
Ingredients
2 large eggs
1/2 cup fat free milk
1 tbsp seasoning
2 slices bread
2 lbs lean ground beef
Instructions
1. Crumble 2 slices of bread in blender and add to lean ground beef. Add eggs and fat free milk.
2. Use meatloaf seasoning mix or your favorite dry seasonings for meatloaf.
3. Mix together all ingredients and seasoning together in a large bowl. Mix it well.
4. Shape into a loaf in a loaf pan and cook uncovered in the oven at 375 °F (190 °C) for 1 hour.
5. Note: If you don't have bread you can use a cup of oatmeal, or cracker crumbs.
