Ingredients
3 1/2 cups fat free low sodium chicken broth
1 cup dry brown rice
1 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cubes chicken stock (dry, dehydrated)
1/2 cup lentils
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
2. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
3. Note: you can use 1 medium onion, diced instead of the onion powder.
