Ingredients
1 (5.3 oz) container Dannon® Light & Fit® Vanilla Greek Nonfat Yogurt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp chopped parsley or cilantro
1/4 tsp hot sauce
5 cups shredded cabbage (10 oz)
1 medium red-skinned apple, diced
1/3 cup toasted almond slivers
Instructions
In a bowl combine yogurt, lemon juice, parsley and hot sauce and mix well. Add cabbage, apple and almonds and toss well to coat. Let slaw stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
