2 cups cubed avocados
1 lemon yields fresh lemon juice
3 tbsps black olives
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup pieces or slices boiled mushrooms
1 cup boiled potatoes
1 cup cherry cherry tomotoes, halved
4 medium baby carrots
1/4 block tofu
Instructions
1. Simply chop all the ingredients up, and peel the potatoes.
2. Put the carrots, potato, mushrooms in boiled water, and let boil until they go soft.
3. Put all the vegetables in a bowl and mix together well.
4. Add freshly squeezed lemon all over salad.
