Skinless chicken breast is an excellent source of the protein, as its contains 21 grams of protein for every 100 grams of breast. Ingredients

1 (5.3 oz) container Dannon® Light & Fit® Vanilla Greek Nonfat Yogurt
2 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tsp minced pickled ginger
1/2 tsp sriracha 
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
4 (4 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or lean sirloin steak)

Instructions

In a bowl combine yogurt, soy sauce, ginger, sriracha, sesame oil and cilantro and mix well. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade. Pour remaining marinade over chicken or meat and let marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. 
Grill chicken over high heat until cooked through (about 2-3 minutes on each side).
Serve over shredded cabbage, lettuce or kale (or with your favorite veggie side) with a drizzle/dollop of reserved marinade.
