Breakfast: Protein Pancakes

A guilt free, low carb pancake cheat.

Ingredients

3 fl oz water
1 oz soy protein

Instructions

1. Mix the protein powder and water to a pancake batter consistency.

2. In a heated and slightly oiled pan, prepare like pancakes.

3. Cook them slowly and try and leave them slightly moist on the inside.

4. Enjoy!
