Ingredients
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz baby spinach
8 oz kale, chopped
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
4 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pot; mix well.
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
