Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
3 tablespoons salsa
½ cup canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
4 tablespoons reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
4 tostada shells
½ avocado, mashed
1 cup lettuce, shredded

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a small bowl, mix together the chicken, salsa, and pinto beans.
Place the tostada shells on a baking sheet. Top each tostada shell with ½ cup chicken-bean mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove the tostadas from the oven and top each tostada with a spoonful of mashed avocado and ¼ cup lettuce.
