Side Dish: Mango Cilantro and Jalapeno Salsa

Delicious with chicken, fish, or just as a topping on a salad.

Ingredients

1/4 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
1 lime's juice
1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
1 mango
1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped

Instructions

1. Chop ingredients and combine in bowl.

2. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Use for topping on tacos or salad or serve with chicken or fish.
