Appetizer: Bacon Wrapped Meatballs II

Bacon wrapped meatballs without the cheese.

Cook Time: 35 mins

Total Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1 medium egg
12 thin bacon slices
2 tsps chili powder
2 tsps garlic powder
1 lb ground beef

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil.

2. Mix all ingredients except bacon together in bowl.

3. Use melon baller (or similar) to create 12 medium sized meatballs.

4. Wrap each meatball in a slice of bacon.

5. Cook for 35 minutes.

6. Note: try squirting Cajun blast BBQ basting sauce or sprinkling bacon salt onto meatballs.
