Parwal Nu Shaak-A typical Gujarati Vegetable dish http://www.vahrehvah.com/pointed-gourd-parval-nu-shaak Ingredients: Parval vegetable 250 g Mustard seeds 1 ts Cumin seeds 1 ts Ginger garlic paste 1 tb Salt Hing Coriander powder 1 tb Garam masala 1 tb Directions: Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, add parval vegetable, add salt, hing, turmeric, and sauté this for 1 minute, put the lid on, after cooking in the add coriander powder, chilly powder, garam masala, cook for some time, add coriander leaves and switched off the flame.
