Ingredients
2 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breast
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 lb green beans
3 tsps ginger root
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tsps packed brown sugar
3 cups white rice
Instructions
1. Cut chicken and green beans into bite sized pieces.
2. Stir fry chicken in non-stick pan until almost done.
3. Add green beans (fresh or frozen), soy sauce and oyster sauce. Continue to cook for 5 - 8 minutes until beans to desired tenderness.
4. Turn off heat and add the ginger and brown sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
5. Serve over a cup of white rice.
