Dinner: Egg & Celery Salad

Ingredients
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 large hard-boiled eggs
1 cup celery, chopped
Instructions
1. Chop egg and mix with the celery in a small bowl.
2. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and 2 tablespoons of cold water together.
3. Mix together and chill well.
4. Note: serves one as is or two mixed with other salad vegetables.
