4 tsps curry
2 dashes salt
2 tbsps olive oil
1 tsp hot sauce
3 fl oz lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup water
31 oz chickpeas

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Serve (drizzled with olive oil, if desired) with pita chips.
