Kale Shake Recipe
PCOS Kale Shake

- 4 stalks kale
 - 4 celery stems
 - 1 cucumber
 - 1 pear
 - 1/2? ginger
 - 8 oz water (optional, to help items blend together more smoothly)
 - 1 tablespoon chlorella
 
Instructions
- Blend the items together in a heavy duty blender like a Vitamix, BlendTec, or Ninja.
 
With a good blender, your kale, cucumber, celery, and pears are actually blended together rather than merely chopped into fine pieces. A high speed blender will turn kale and bananas into a milkshake like consistency where as a less-heavy-duty blender will turn your greens into a watery salad.
