Keto pancakes are a great way start any morning. These low-carb pancakes taste better than the regular flour kind and are much healthier for you. Cinnamon is also a food that helps with PCOS.

  • 5 tbsp melted Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp melted Butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 3tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp nutmeg
  1. In a large bowl, sift together the coconut flour and baking powder.
  2. Make a ‘well’ in the center of the mix, then pour in the buttermilk, cream and melted butter. Mix the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Then add to your pancake mix.
  4. Finally, add the cinnamon and nutmeg into the mix.
