Snack: Baked Pimiento Cheese Dip in a Bread Bowl

Recipe by Lindsay Funston We're suckers for pimiento cheese anything. The thought of serving it warm in a bread bowl was a no-brainer.

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
8 oz. pimiento peppers, drained
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 boule, top hole removed
Sliced scallions, for serving
Potato chips, for serving

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, pimiento peppers, and cayenne. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture to bread bowl and place on a baking sheet.
Bake until warmed through and bubbly, 20 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with scallions, with Ritz.
