Ingredients

1/4 c. peach jam
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
.13 tsp. cayenne pepper
Kosher salt and pepper
3 1/2 lb. chicken wings (about 24)
1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 head butter lettuce
6 radishes

Instructions

Heat grill to medium-low. In a bowl, whisk together the jam, vinegar, cayenne and 3/4 tsp salt. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with 2 Tbsp of the jam mixture.
Grill the chicken, covered, turning occasionally, until cooked through, 25 to 28 minutes, basting with the remaining jam mixture during the last 8 minutes of cooking.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together the sour cream, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper; fold in the parsley.
Divide the lettuce and radishes among plates and drizzle with the sour cream dressing. Serve with the chicken wings.
