Dessert: Banana Pancakes

Crowd pleasing banana pancakes are a fun twist on regular pancakes.

Total Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

1 large brown egg
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsps vegetable oil
1 cup white flour
1 cup skim milk
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups mashed banana
2 tsps baking powder

Instructions

1. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.

2. In a separate bowl mix together egg, milk, vegetable oil, and mashed bananas.

3. Stir flour mixture in to banana mixture; batter will be slightly lumpy.

4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.

5. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.

6. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.
