2 avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 pinch fine sea salt to taste
Instructions
Combine avocados and lemon juice in a large bowl; toss to coat. Add tomato, mozzarella, and basil; toss again. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
