Ingredients

1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 c. water
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. regular long-grain white rice
6 bone-in chicken breast halves
paprika
ground black pepper

Instructions

Mix soup, water, cheese and rice in 3-quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and pepper.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour or until done. Stir rice before serving.
TIP: If desired, remove skin from chicken before baking.
