Ingredients
2 ounces (1/4 cup) Flor de Caña white rum
3/4 ounce (1 1/2 tablespoons) fresh lime juice
3/4 ounce (1 1/2 tablespoons) Simple Syrup
Ice
Garnish: thin lime slice
Instructions
Combine rum, lime juice, and Simple Syrup in an ice-filled cocktail shaker; shake vigorously for 30 seconds or until well chilled. Strain into a Champagne coupe or martini glass; garnish, if desired.
