Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility.
Ingredients
12 oz mozzarella, shredded
16 oz ricotta, part skim
1 large egg
1 tsp leaves oregano
32 oz spaghetti sauce
10 oz spinach, chopped
1 cup water
8 oz lasagna
Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
2. In large bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, egg, spinach and oregano.
3. Grease a 13" x 9" x 4" pan, notice that four inches, so toppings have room and don't stick.
4. Layer 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, 1/3 uncooked noodles, and half of cheese mixture. Repeat.
5. Top with remaining noodles, sauce and reserved mozzarella.
6. Pour water around edges, cover and bake 350 °F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
