Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup pumpkin
1 1/4 cups chia seeds
2 tsps pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsps maple syrup

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Refrigerate overnight, stirring a few times during the first 30 minutes to avoid clumps.

3. Serve.
