Ingredients

8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast fillets
12 oz canned corn
1 cup salsa
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp olive oil
0.12 cup lime juice
1 clove garlic clove
1 cup chopped onion

Instructions

1. Cook chicken and shred.

2. Heat oil in pan and add chopped onion, lime juice, garlic, chili powder and cumin and chicken. Cook 2 minutes.

3. Add broth, salsa and corn. Stir. Cover and boil. Reduce heat to medium-high and continue to cook for 8-10 minutes.

4. Serve topped with cheese, avocado and tortilla chips.
