Lunch: Bobby's Bacon & Brussels Sprouts

These flavorful bacon Brussels sprouts make a quick and easy side.

Ingredients

6 slices bacon, sliced
1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered
1 pinch kosher salt, to taste
1 pinch black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Add sliced bacon to a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
When the fat has begun to render, toss in Brussels sprouts and sauté until crisp, about 6 minutes.
Season the Brussels sprouts to taste with salt and pepper.
