Ingredients

0.12 tsp ground mixed spice
0.12 tsp spray oil
3 1/2 oz chicken breast, finely sliced
2 1/2 oz chicken stock
3 1/2 oz vegetable stock
1 wedge or slice lemon
1/4 cup green beans, halved
1 small courgette (zucchini), sliced
0.12 tsp brownulated brown sugar
2 oz couscous

Instructions

1. Combine the spice and sugar, add the chicken and toss until well coated.

2. Spray a non-stick frying pan lightly with oil and when hot, add the chicken. Stir-fry over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

3. Stir in the chicken stock, beans and courgette and bubble gently for 1-2 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, put the couscous into a small saucepan and pour the hot vegetable stock over. Stir and heat gently until the stock has been absorbed.

5. Serve the chicken on the couscous with the lemon wedge to squeeze over.
