Lunch: Quick Guacamole
For an easy dip, try this Quick Guacamole and serve with chips
Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1 lime, juiced
1/2 Vidalia onion, chopped finely
1 tablespoon sour cream
salt
black pepper
hot sauce
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add the avocado, lime juice, onions and sour cream and mix well. Add salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.
