Lunch: Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
An impressive but easy-to-make dipping sauce. Shown here with our Crispy Corn Cakes.
Ingredients
1 large roasted red bell pepper
1 slice white bread
1 tbsp. reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
Instructions
Puree bell pepper, bread, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth. Pour into a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving.
