Dessert: Boozy Strawberries & Cream Dump Cake

Recipe by Hannah Petertil Strawberries and chocolate are a tried and true pair, so adding a little booze into the mix only makes them better together.

Ingredients

1 10-ounce bag frozen strawberries
1/2 c. white chocolate liqueur
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1 box Super Moist Yellow cake mix
1 stick Butter, cubed
1/3 c. white chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease (with butter or oil) a 9x9 square cake pan (see note).
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix melted butter, frozen strawberries, and white chocolate liqueur. The butter might harden, but just be sure the strawberries are evenly covered.
Dump strawberries into baking dish in an even layer.
Pour strawberries over cake mix and tap baking dish on the counter to even it out.
Evenly distribute butter cubes over the top of the cake.
Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Top with white chocolate chips at the 40 minute mark so that they don't burn but still get a little melty.
Serve with whipped cream and fresh strawberries if you have some.
