Lemons can help to prevent oxidative damage to the body, which women with PCOS are often susceptible to.

Ingredients

1 750-ml. bottle dry sparkling rosé
1 c. vodka
1 can frozen lemonade
1/2 c. club soda
2 c. sliced strawberries
3 lemons, thinly sliced

Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine rosé, vodka, lemonade, club soda, strawberries, and lemons. Stir and refrigerate until chilled and up to overnight.
