Dinner: Turkey and Cheese Stuffed Pepper

Baked red bell pepper stuffed with ground turkey and cheese. You can use beef as well.

Ingredients

1/4 cup shredded monterey cheese
1 dash black pepper
1 dash seasoned salt
1/4 lb ground turkey
1 medium red bell pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).

2. Cut top off the red pepper and remove all seeds and insides.

3. Mix turkey with black pepper and seasoned salt like Lawry's.

4. Fill the red pepper with the meat, cover with foil and put in oven for 30 minutes.

5. When meat has browned, add cheese on top and cook for 10 minutes.

6. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
