Lunch: Chutney Cream Cheese Spread
This spread is super fast to prepare and taste delicious on any type of cracker. Try it as a condiment on a turkey sandwich and bring the wow back to lunch.
Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 c. mango chutney
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
With electric mixer, beat cream cheese and lime juice until whipped.
Beat in chutney, curry powder, and salt until combined.
