Lunch: Mint-Vodka Martini

Ingredients
6 mint leaves
1 tbsp. simple syrup
1/2 c. ice
1 1/2 oz. (3 tbsp.) vodka
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves and simple syrup.
Add ice and vodka; shake vigorously. Strain into chilled martini glass.
