Ingredients
1 oz sour cream, fat free
2 tbsps seasoning salt
2 units chicken breast
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1 cup chopped or sliced tomatoes
4 medium wheat tortillas
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, reduced fat
Instructions
1. Preheat a George Foreman grill or preheat an oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
2. Season chicken on both sides with a little season salt or Mrs. Dash any flavor. Place on grill or put in oven for 15-20 minutes.
3. When done, cool chicken to mild and use a cheese grater to shred the chicken.
4. Warm wheat tortillas in microwave.
5. Add fixins (lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, salsa) and chow down.
