Ingredients
1 tbsp rosemary
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
1 breast, bone and skin removed chicken breast
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 cup peas
Instructions
1. Season chicken breast with rosemary, parsley and olive oil.
2. Grill chicken until white or cooked thoroughly.
3. In a large steam pot, steam peas until semi soft.
4. Sauté mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of olive oil in saucepan until brown.
5. Put peas on plate once steamed. Place grilled chicken over peas. Smother chicken with mushrooms.
