Side Dish: Cottage Cheese Salad

A low fat cottage cheese salad with onions and tomatoes.

Ingredients

16 oz nonfat cottage cheese
4 oz scallions green onions
2 small whole tomatoes

Instructions

1. Combine, nonfat cottage cheese, sliced onions and tomatoes.

2. Season with salt and pepper, put in fridge for 1/2 hour, or eat right away.
