Ingredients

2 cups frozen broccoli florets
10 oz boneless chicken breast strips
1/4 second spray olive oil cooking spray
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup skim milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
16 oz red potatoes

Instructions

1. Slice potatoes 1/4" thick. Over medium heat, spray 2-3 seconds of cooking spray and add potatoes.

2. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Stir the soup, milk, garlic powder, broccoli and chicken into the skillet. Sprinkle with cheese.

4. Heat to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.

5. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
