3 units chicken breasts
2 cups corn flakes
4 oz ranch dressing, fat free

Instructions

1. Preheat oven 400 °F (200 °C).

2. In a bowl pour your favorite ranch dressing.

3. In a separate bowl crumble a good amount of corn flakes.

4. Coat each chicken breast with ranch dressing then roll in crumbled corn flakes; place in a baking dish.

5. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked all the way through.
