Ingredients
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
3 small lemons
3 small limes
2 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
In small bowl combine paprika, salt, and cumin.
Thinly slice lemons and limes.
Onto thick bamboo or flat metal skewer, thread shrimp; lemon slices; and lime slices, alternating. Brush skewers on both sides with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt mixture.
Grill on medium-high 4 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are opaque, turning over once halfway through.
