Tuna is great for a high protein diet as it has 33 grams of protein within its housing, with no pesky carbohydrates to worry about. In addition to this, tuna contains B vitamins and vitamin D, both of which are vital to fighting back against PCOS.
Ingredients
4 oz light mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
15 green olives
2 oz chunk light tuna in water
4 hamburger buns
Instructions
1. Mix tuna and mayonnaise together.
2. Slice green olives into 4 pieces each.
3. Add green olives and grated cheese to tuna mixture.
4. Equally distribute tuna, olive and cheese mixture between each of the hamburger buns.
5. Wrap each sandwich completely in aluminum foil, and place in a preheated, 450° F (230° C) oven.
6. Cook for 15 minutes. Unwrap and enjoy.
7. Note: be careful eating, the filling will be hot.
