Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility.

Ingredients

1 package farfalle or corkscrew pasta
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 2 1/2-pound purchased rotisserie chicken
1 bunch spinach
1 lb. seedless red grapes
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

Instructions

Prepare farfalle as label directs, using 2 teaspoons salt in water; drain. Rinse farfalle with running cold water to cool; drain.
Meanwhile, remove and discard skin and bones from chicken; tear meat into bite-size pieces. Rinse spinach; drain well. Coarsely chop spinach. Cut each grape in half if large.
In large bowl, toss farfalle with chicken, spinach, grapes, Parmesan cheese, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and remaining ingredients to mix well.
